Following Government advice on non-essential travel we are sorry to inform you that we will not be running any of our planned day trips or holidays up until the end of March.
As expected our advisors are experiencing a high volume of calls. We will be updating you all individually if you are affected by any of these cancellations in due course. During the call we will be able to advise you of any refunds, transfers or rearrangements.
Please do bear with us at this unprecedented time and rest assured that our advisors in the office are working tirelessly on your behalf.

We understand the concerns of our customers regarding the recent outbreak of the Coronavirus. Therefore, we want to assure you that here at Roberts Travel Group we are operating business as usual as much as possible.
We are of course, monitoring the situation daily whilst acting on the guidance provided by Public Health England and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. Where restrictions affect any element of your travel we will be in touch and where possible we will offer every assistance we can.
In addition, we have taken several measures to increase the hygiene efforts already undertaken.
• Every coach is sanitised after each trip and handwashing facilities are provided on all touring coaches
• We are issuing guidance on effective handwashing techniques to our customers wherever possible
• We are monitoring the situation daily and taking advice / guidance from Public Health England, WHO and FCO
• Our staff are trained in handling the ever-changing situation and are updated daily
• We are encouraging all customers to wash their hands upon arrival to our departure lounge
• We are committed to reduce the risk to our customers at every possible opportunity
Should restrictions be placed by the Government upon a destination we feature, your day trip or tour would be cancelled and your option would be to obtain a full refund or transfer free of charge to a different tour or day trip, any difference in cost would of course be payable or refunded.
The current situation is unprecedented, but we assure you we will work with you as best we can in these uncertain times. If you are worried about booking or cancelling your trip, then please call us on 01530 816425 and we can advise you of the current situation.
It’s important that in these times we all try to keep everything running as normal. We are committed to this and we hope that you are too. Therefore, to assist we have implemented some temporary changes. These are: -
• During March we will waive our admin charge when amending any holiday
• We will, wherever possible transfer deposits or hold credits providing we haven’t ourselves incurred any costs
We always strongly recommend that our customers have adequate travel insurance and we would ask you to check if coronavirus is covered under your current travel policy. Should you be ill and unable to travel then the cancellation charges detailed in your booking conditions will apply and a claim should be made against your travel policy.
