Time restrictions have been lifted on concessionary bus passes, they can now be used before 9.30am daily.

The Leicester Park & Ride Service has been suspended until further notice.

The 159 service is currently operating an Emergency Timetable until further notice.

As of 23rd March, the government has enforced stricter measures for people to stay at home. This has meant that Roberts Travel Group are operating with essential staff only.
As always, the health and safety of our staff and customers is our priority and it is important that we follow the guidelines set out by the government. Please be patient as the situation is changing daily and we are constantly needing to adapt.

We therefore ask that you direct your enquiries where possible through email, as many of the staff are not able to work normal hours and therefore unavailable to take calls.

For any enquiries regarding cancellations and refunds of holidays or day trips, please be advised that all holidays and day trips up to 14th June will no longer be going ahead as planned. We would like to assure you that all monies paid to us is 100% secure and once restrictions on working have been lifted by the government, our holidays team will be contacting you to discuss your options. Unfortunately at this time we cannot administer any refunds due to the team working from home. Email contact is still available, although this too may be limited.
