Celebrating Sally Walder - Shortlisted for Prestigious Women in Bus and Coach Award

This recognition comes as part of the Women in Bus and Coach Annual Summit and Awards, a national celebration that shines a spotlight on the talented women driving our industry forward.

About Women in Bus and Coach

Women in Bus and Coach (WiBC) is a national network dedicated to encouraging and representing women across the bus and coach sector. Working closely with industry leaders, WiBC supports businesses, shares expertise, and champions greater diversity - values that we at Roberts Travel Group feel passionate about and wholeheartedly support.

The Awards

The third Annual WiBC Summit and Awards will take place on Tuesday, 30 September 2025, in Birmingham, bringing together professionals from across the country. The awards categories for this year include:

• Best Woman in Bus Award – sponsored by CitySwift
• Best Woman in Coach Award – sponsored by Dawsongroup Bus & Coach
• Best Woman in Community Transport Award – sponsored by IntSol Recruitment
• Rising Star Award (NEW for 2025) – sponsored by C9 Recruitment; for early-career women within their first three years
• The Peter, Lord Hendy of Richmond Hill Allyship Award – sponsored by Go-Ahead Group; for outstanding allies (men or women)
• Woman of the Year Award – selected from among the category winners

We are thrilled that Sally is a finalist for the Best Woman in Coach Award, recognising her leadership, dedication, and outstanding contribution to the industry.

Looking Ahead
