At the heart of our service is our passionate and friendly Bespoke Groups team. The department is headed up by Becky, our Key Account Coordinator, who works closely with group organisers from the very first enquiry to post-tour follow-up. Alongside her is Chloe, her right-hand lady and Sales Advisor, assisting across all aspects of group travel - from logistics to lodgings!

''Hi, I’m Becky, and I’m a Key Account Coordinator here at Roberts Travel Group.
As part of our Sales team, my day-to-day role involves creating bespoke group coach tours and working closely with our long-standing client, Manor Adventure, to provide coach transport to and from France for their tailor-made school trips.
I have over 35 years’ experience in the travel industry, having spent the majority of my career in travel agencies. In recent years, I’ve been with Roberts, where I thoroughly enjoy arranging personalised group tours for our customers, utilising my vast knowledge of the travel industry.
I absolutely love planning a trip - from the initial quote and confirmation stage to booking the coach, hotel, excursions, show or event tickets, and restaurant meals - everything a group might need. Nothing makes me happier than hearing a group return full of smiles, saying how much they’ve enjoyed themselves.''

''Hello! I’m Chloe, a Sales Advisor here at Roberts Travel Group. I’d love to share a little about what I do and how I help our customers.

As part of my day to day role in the Sales team here at Roberts, I assist with curating bespoke group coach tours and quoting for Private Hire Coach trips. I get the opportunity to work across the different sectors of the sales team and so forming a well-rounded knowledge of all coach hire and tours. 

It is thrilling to produce fun, creative and detailed itineraries for our groups. I love being able to build rapports with our customers and so assisting to provide an excellent service from the quotation stage through to the final travel day.''
